Pace yourself

As we live our cherished busy lives, if we introduce space in the busyness, and pace ourselves well, we get to indulge in small doses of constant self-care and continue to do the things we want to, be all those personalities we need to.

A conscious practice of taking a break, in exactly the ways that nourish us, are extremely healthy in keeping us energized and rejuvenated so we may continue to create, play and grow into our best lives.
