This past year and a half, I’ve become very mindful of who/what comes in, who/what stays, and who/what is no longer here to support my highest good and must be let go of. It has helped me focus on the “how” I want to live this experience.
You don’t have to understand life. You just have to live it. The anti-philosophy of Mrs. Elm in the Midnight Library by Matt Haig.
In examining the “how” in depth, I looked further inward at my inner divine labyrinth and discovered the Tao (flow) of pure love. I saw every human as the same spiritual divine essence that makes me, and how I am fully interconnected to their higher selves at all times.
This made the “how” on the physical realm easy. I found compassion for those trapped in the attachment to the physical realm and in the fear of human ego. I no longer blamed them for not trying to be better humans, realizing their limited perception was keeping them trapped in this state of suffering. This compassion allowed me to forgive them for choosing hurt for themselves and others, and to love them fully, surrendering their human physical aspect, while pulling closer their divinity.
Sending healing compassion and love to those who choose to remain emotionally stuck may not bring the outcomes you understand, however they are more helpful spiritually than you can ever imagine.
