What to do when life feels scarce in one area or more, or on the flip side we have excessive abundance which feels overwhelming?
Humans are conditioned to look at what is missing. When we are little we are constantly counting our stuff versus the other kids, the same happens as we age. This feeling of left with too little or having too little feels unfair. What if in the face of scarcity we count blessings, we truly look for the one or two things that we are grateful for.
When overwhelmed with abundance so we no longer enjoy it all. We can immerse in the experience and feel joy in the abundance, so it no longer feels too much or too big to handle.
